Alexandra graduated from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law in 2012 after receiving a B.A. from the University of Calgary. During law school, Alexandra’s focus was on criminal law, advocacy, and constitutional issues, while volunteering with Student Legal Services to assist Edmonton’s low-income community.
Alexandra was called to the bar in 2013 and completed her articles and 1st year as an associate lawyer with another Edmonton-based criminal defence firm where, in a very short time, she established a significant and growing criminal trial and appellate practice. Alexandra joined DDSG as an Associate in June of 2015. As a fearless and zealous advocate for her clients, Alexandra quickly became a member of the DDSG partnership group as an Associate Partner in 2017 and became a Senior Partner in September 2019.
